1. How should I store my preserved flower jewelry when I’m not wearing it?

To maintain the beauty and integrity of your piece:

- Always store your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

- Use a closed jewelry box or pouch to protect it from dust and moisture.

- Avoid storing it in humid environments like bathrooms.

Preserved flowers are delicate by nature, so a little protection goes a long way in preserving their charm.

2. How do I clean my preserved flower jewelry?

Cleaning is easy and gentle:

- Use the soft polishing cloth provided with your purchase.

- Do not use any cleaning chemicals, water, or abrasive materials.

- Gently buff the metal and resin areas to restore shine. Avoid direct pressure on the floral element.

3. Can I wear my preserved flower jewelry every day?

While each piece is crafted with care to be durable, it’s best to treat it like fine jewelry:

- Avoid wearing during intense activity, workouts, or while sleeping.

-Daily wear is Perfectly fine ( I wear my own personal flower pieces daily ), just remember to remove it before exposure to water, like swimming/showering, or any high intense activities that can result in your beautiful flower possibly breaking. 

Our flowers are coated with multiple layers to ensure durability for everyday wear and even endure being dropped occasionally. We still suggest you treating the piece with delicate handling.

4. Is the flower inside real?

Yes! Every piece is made with genuine preserved flowers not artificial or faux blooms. These are real blossoms, hand-selected and treated through eco-friendly preservation methods to retain their color and form.

5. Will the flowers fade or wilt over time?

Not if properly cared for! The preservation techniques we use ensure your flower jewelry will maintain its beauty for years, it will not wilt or rot. we insure that the flower is preserved probably so that it  keeps the same shape and color that it was originally. we recommend just keeping it away from moisture, prolonged direct heat and sunlight to avoid color fading. This is why its important to store the piece in a closed jewelry box away from sunlight.

Naturally the sun tends to fade anything that is exposed to it daily for hours. I'm sure you've seen this happen with things you leave outside or near a window sill for long periods of time. Since these are real flowers, its a natural process for color fading to occur over time. Although I've realized that as long as you store your flower when not wearing in a closed dark jewelry box, the fading is delayed by a lot. I have been wearing my pieces daily and storing them properly for 3 years now and the fading is hardly noticeable.  

6. Are your materials eco-friendly?

Yes, we prioritize sustainable practices. From responsibly sourced flowers to environmentally conscious resin and packaging, we aim to create meaningful beauty with minimal environmental impact.

All flowers are harvested from my own personal garden, local nurseries and farmers markets.

7. Can I request a custom piece?

Absolutely! I love creating personalized pieces!

- You can choose the flower type, color scheme, or even send me a meaningful bloom you'd like preserved.

- If you have an idea or occasion in mind (anniversary, wedding, memorial, etc.), we can collaborate to bring your vision to life.

8. Will each piece look exactly like the one in the photo?

Because we use real flowers, each piece is one-of-a-kind. While we follow your selected style and general design, no two blooms are identical. That’s the charm, your jewelry will be uniquely yours. If you would like to choose the exact flower from the type that you selected please message me before purchasing, I would love to show you all the flowers so you can hand pick the perfect one for you or someone special! 

9. What’s the best way to gift your jewelry?

Our pieces come beautifully packaged and include care instructions, making them perfect for gifting. You can also include a personal note just mention it at checkout!

10. Do you offer repairs or replacements?

If your piece arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you on a resolution. For minor wear-and-tear outside the return window, feel free to message me we’ll try to help however we can.


Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. All jewelry comes in a gift box ready to be gifted to someone special. You will receive tracking information once your package has been shipped.

International Orders:

Please note that your country may charge **import duties, taxes, or customs fees** upon delivery. These fees are **not included** in your purchase and must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for delays or charges due to customs. Standard international shipping may take **3 to 6 weeks**, and customs may cause further delays. No refunds will be issued for late international deliveries.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our jewelry, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged. If this occurs, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with clear photos of the damage, and we will work with you on a solution.

Replacements:

We may offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis for items damaged in transit. Replacements will not be issued for misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or delays due to shipping issues outside our control.

Jewelry Subscriptions & Art Print Packages

If you've subscribed to our monthly jewelry or art print package:

  • Billing occurs on the same day each month.
  • Cancellations must be made at least **48 hours** before the next billing cycle.
  • All subscription packages are **non-refundable** once shipped.

We curate each package with care and uniqueness in mind. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with photos for potential resolution.

Phone Grip Disclaimer

Our phone grips are for **light to moderate use**. While we use strong adhesives and quality materials, we do not recommend relying on these grips to support the full weight of your phone during high-impact activities (e.g., taking photos over ledges, near water, or while in motion).  **We are not held reliable or responsible for any damage to your phone for misuse, or failure to follow application instructions. Use with care at your own discretion.**

Adhesive Grips:

  • Works best on **smooth, flat surfaces** such as glossy plastic, glass backs, or hard shell cases.
  • Does **not adhere well** to silicone, leather, fabric, wood, or textured cases.

 Follow the instructions and use the alcohol wipe provided. Allow adhesive **24 hours to fully adhere to the case**. Avoid tugging or heavy use during this period.

MagSafe Grips:

  • Only compatible with **MagSafe-enabled iPhones and cases** or Qi2 magnetic cases.
  • You have the option to make your phone case magnetic using an adhesive metal ring that you would stick on your phone case. ( The option to do so is available when selecting the type of phone grip )

Not compatible with Androids or non-magnetic cases. These grips are removable and reusable, but **not meant for hanging or rough use**. Please read the listing details carefully before purchasing.

**NOT ALL PHONE CASES THAT HAVE FAST WIRELESS CHARGING ARE MAGNETIC**

Please make sure that it says (Magsafe) to be compatible with the magsafe phone grips.

Magnetic Strength seems to vary with the type of phone case, I've noticed that cheaper magnetic phone cases that range from$1-$10 don't seem to have a strong magnetic pull as much as a quality more expensive case that ranges from $20- $50. Just wanted to mention that as a tip. I personally didn't realize that there was such a difference until I purchased a phone case that was $50 compared to my $10 phone case I previously had. This is not to say that you should invest in a expensive phone case, as you have the option to add the metal ring on for the magnetic strength needed, I just figured I would mention it just incase anyone would experience the same as I did.
